Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to justaidyn.com, JustAidyn projects, accounts, digital content, applications, games, and subscriptions.

Account and Registration

You may need an account to access paid content, applications, games, downloads, or member areas. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

JustAidyn accounts may be created or accessed through third-party authentication providers such as Google OAuth or Microsoft authentication. JustAidyn does not store your Google or Microsoft password.

You are responsible for keeping your third-party authentication account secure and for all activity under your JustAidyn account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures. If you share your authentication account, device, session, or access link with another person, activity performed through that access may be treated as activity under your account.

Services and Subscriptions

Skills and Minds Hub: a free subscription or free access area for digital content such as text, images, and videos.
no Face Thinker: a paid digital content subscription for text, images, videos, or related materials.
Individual application subscription: paid access or license rights for a specific JustAidyn application.
All-games subscription: paid access to eligible JustAidyn games under one subscription.

Content, features, prices, and availability may change. Material changes to paid subscriptions will be communicated where required by law.

Payments and Access

Prices, billing periods, taxes, and payment methods are shown before purchase. For Kazakhstan visitors, prices are shown in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT). For other regions, the site may show a USD equivalent calculated from the KZT price at 470 KZT = 1 USD for display convenience.

VAT/NDS is charged separately at 16% where applicable and shown before payment. Digital access has no separate delivery cost.

The only supported online payment method is Halyk Bank Epay acquiring. Supported payment methods may include payment cards accepted by Halyk Epay, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay International, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available under the acquiring agreement.

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically when this is stated at checkout. Payment card data is processed by Halyk Bank Epay and not stored as full card or banking details by JustAidyn.

Paid access is offered only through the subscription types, quantities, prices, and billing periods shown at checkout. The payment amount must match the selected subscription and quantity. If the received payment status or amount does not match the selected subscription, access may be refused, delayed, corrected, or reviewed.

Access normally starts immediately after successful payment, trial activation, or subscription activation. After a paid charge is completed, paid digital subscriptions are non-refundable, even if you do not use the program, content, application, game, or other paid resource, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions grant access to the product for the duration of the billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before renewal.

Each paid subscription is limited to the product and quantity selected during purchase. A new or duplicate subscription for the same account may be blocked while an active subscription for that product remains in effect, unless the checkout explicitly offers an upgrade, renewal, or additional quantity.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your JustAidyn account or through the payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the already paid period. No refund is issued for the current paid period or the remaining days of that period.

If a subscription includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancelling before the trial ends avoids the first paid charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues as a paid subscription according to the checkout terms, and the completed paid charge is non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Order cancellation / service annulment: a trial subscription may be cancelled before the free trial ends. After the first paid charge or any renewal charge is completed, cancelling the subscription stops future renewals only and does not annul or refund the current paid digital access period, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Account Deletion

You may delete your JustAidyn account at any time. Deletion removes your profile, sessions, and account data from our systems.

If you have an active paid subscription at the time of deletion, the following applies:

The subscription is cancelled automatically as part of the deletion process.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You are not charged again after deletion.
No refund is issued for the current paid period or the remaining days of that period.
You will see a clear warning before confirming deletion if you have an active subscription.

If you want to stop future charges without losing your account, cancel your subscription separately without deleting your account. Access continues until the paid period expires.

Re-registration: If you create a new account after deleting your previous one, it is treated as a new, separate account. No prior subscription, entitlements, purchase history, or profile data is restored. If you had a subscription that was cancelled on deletion, you must subscribe again to regain paid access.

License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site, content, apps, and games for their intended purpose during your access period.

You may not resell access, copy paid content for redistribution, reverse engineer applications, bypass access controls, scrape private areas, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

For account, subscription, payment, access, or technical support, contact JustAidyn through one of the support channels below. For faster support, include the email used for sign-in, the product name, and a short description of the issue.

Regional Terms

The selected regional block below applies together with the general Terms. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain in force.

Kazakhstan

For users in Kazakhstan, JustAidyn subscriptions are provided as access to digital content, software, games, or digital services. Before payment, the checkout should show the product, KZT price, 16% VAT/NDS where applicable, billing period, no-refund terms, cancellation method, and support contacts. Digital delivery has no separate delivery cost.

After a paid charge is completed, paid subscription fees are not refunded, including where the user did not use the program or other digital resources, unless mandatory Kazakhstan law requires otherwise.

EU / EEA

If EU consumer rules apply, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For paid digital content supplied immediately, you must expressly agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose that withdrawal right once performance begins.

The checkout waiver checkbox is required for paid digital subscriptions where immediate access is provided.

United Kingdom

If UK consumer rules apply, immediate digital access may affect cancellation rights. Paid digital access should begin only after your express consent and acknowledgement that cancellation rights may be lost once the digital content is supplied.

United States / California

Automatic renewal terms must be clear before purchase. If a subscription renews automatically, the checkout should disclose the renewal period, price, cancellation method, and any material limitations.

California users must be given a clear and easy cancellation method for automatically renewing subscriptions.

Other Regions

If you access JustAidyn from a country not listed separately, these general Terms apply unless mandatory laws in your location provide rights that cannot be excluded.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every feature will remain available forever.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustAidyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
